With a foundation in project management, Jake’s career trajectory has been marked by years of hands-on experience overseeing capital projects exceeding $150 million across both Canada and the United States. Drawing upon this wealth of expertise, he adeptly combines field experience with a strategic mindset to craft value-added sales and marketing programs, ensuring that RGE embodies excellence through its comprehensive suite of qualities and tools.

With a robust technical background cultivated from extensive experience as a project manager and chemical engineer, Jason possesses a unique talent for identifying businesses’ distinctive value propositions and linking them to growth opportunities in the market. Having resided in both Calgary and Texas, he brings invaluable insights and networks from two of North America’s major energy hubs.
As a Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional, Jason views himself as a solution provider, adept at connecting people, services, and projects to achieve success. With a passion for sports and a commitment to building relationships founded on trust and integrity, Jason excels in his role as VP of Corporate Development at RGE. Leveraging strategic planning and meticulous oversight, he seamlessly integrates all sectors of the company across North America, driving growth and advancement within the industry.

A natural connector, Clint serves as the VP of Operations at RGE Solutions where he plays a pivotal role as the enforcer of business activity. With over two decades of experience in oilfield services, manufacturing, and strategic business development at Fortune 500 companies including NOV, Shawcor, and Aegion, Clint is a seasoned commercial development specialist. Recently, his focus has centred around elevating companies through bespoke strategic “Go-To-Market” execution plans designed to deliver sustainable top-line revenue and healthy gross profit margins.
With a keen focus on ensuring client satisfaction and hitting key performance indicators (KPIs), Clint actively mentors RGE’s account managers, steering them to implement and execute operational systems. Clint approaches problem-solving and results delivery with a meticulous, critical path-based methodology, complemented by his adept use of market analytics to drive success. In his free time, Clint can be found cheering on his two young daughters in competitive dance or in the ring working towards his next belt level in the martial arts.

Rob brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to his role as Director of New Ventures at RGE. With a career spanning 25 years, Rob has been at the forefront of digital ad technologies and assumed pivotal roles in ventures worldwide, spanning software, consumer packaged goods, and digital technology.
Rob’s strategic prowess drives his passion for developing new divisions within RGE, such as CPG, Marketing, Proposals, and BD. He thrives on building new businesses within RGE’s portfolio, employing proven processes and innovative approaches to success. Beyond work, Rob’s dedication to his children shapes his life, while his versatile style and belief in the transformative power of start-ups define his ethos.

As Director of Marketing, Mikenna brings a distinctive technical perspective, having branded companies within the energy sector for the past nine years. With a diverse portfolio across multiple industries, she prioritizes authentic leadership and collaborative success. Leveraging her expertise in industrial and visual communications design, Mikenna excels in highlighting partners’ unique value propositions and strategically evolving their brands with dedication and innovation.
Mikenna’s professional journey includes product design for renowned companies and contributing to the design of a furniture collection used by Louis Vuitton for a new line launch. Concurrently, she pursued a professional boxing career, clinching four belts and securing a top-10 global ranking in her weight division. Driven by an unwavering commitment to success, Mikenna thrives on exploring new markets and fostering environments that cultivate creativity and deliver impactful results.

As the Design Lead at RGE, Ryan orchestrates a diverse array of projects for multiple brands and clients, collaborating closely with the creative director to ensure seamless execution. With a background in product design from the University of Alberta and prior roles in marketing coordination and UX design, he brings a wealth of expertise to his position.
Ryan has earned accolades such as RGE’s Hart (MVP) award in 2022, reflecting his dedication to innovative solutions and client success. Outside of work, Ryan embraces an active lifestyle, exploring different aspects of life including music, snowboarding, hot yoga, and more, accompanied by his furry companion, Bronson. With his boundless enthusiasm and commitment to making dreams a reality, Ryan continues to inspire both his team members and clients alike.
